By accessing the In Digi – Digital Marketing Agency website, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use licence

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on In Digi – Digital Marketing Agency's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:

7. Filled-in canvas orders

The "Canvas filled in by an In Digi consultant" service costs €49 per canvas and €297 for the Complete Strategy Pack (11 canvases), VAT included, paid in advance through Stripe. Businesses in another EU member state with a valid VAT number and customers outside the EU pay the amount without VAT (reverse charge). The invoice is emailed automatically after payment.

The work is prepared from the information the client provides, with the support of artificial intelligence, and reviewed by a consultant before delivery. It is delivered by email, with a link to view it and a PDF, within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Items marked "to validate" are assumptions the client should confirm; the document is a recommendation and does not guarantee commercial results.

By ordering, the client asks for the service to start right after payment and acknowledges that, once the service has started, the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies. If we cannot deliver on time for reasons attributable to us, the client may request a full refund. The amount paid is deducted if the client hires an In Digi service within 90 days of delivery.

Modifications

In Digi – Digital Marketing Agency may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
