Forms and free tools

The data you submit through the site forms (contact form and free tools download) is: name, company, email, WhatsApp or phone, service of interest, message and, for the tools, the answers you wrote in the canvas. We use it to respond to your request and so that our team can contact you about the service you selected.

While you fill in a canvas, your answers are stored only in your browser. They are sent to us only when you request the PDF. Requests are kept on our servers for up to 24 months and are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Virtual assistant and orders

To chat with the site’s virtual assistant we ask for your name, email and, if you wish, phone number. The conversation is stored on our servers so our team can reply and follow up. Messages are processed by Anthropic (the AI model provider), which acts on our behalf and does not use them to train models.

When you order a canvas filled in by a consultant, we store your contact details and brief answers (and any drafts you wrote in the canvases) to prepare the work, which is done with AI support (Anthropic) and reviewed by a consultant. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. Conversations and orders are kept for up to 24 months, except billing data, which we keep for the legally required period.

Cookies

This is a static website and does not use tracking or advertising cookies. YouTube videos are only loaded when you click to play them, at which point YouTube may set its own cookies in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

User commitment

The user undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and information that In Digi – Digital Marketing Agency offers on the site and, by way of example but not limitation, to:

• Not engage in activities that are illegal or contrary to good faith and public order;
• Not spread propaganda or content of a racist or xenophobic nature, relating to gambling, any form of illegal pornography, the glorification of terrorism or against human rights;
